The Los Gatos Doc billing team works relentlessly to process insurance claims and payments as well as provide a simple way for all patients to complete copays.
The Los Gatos Doc clinical team strives to offer physician visits on any day that a patient chooses as well as same day visits for every patient who requests one. In order to do so, we rely on patients to always contact us to reschedule any visit.
All medication refills are subject to the Los Gatos Doc refill policy so that we can provide safe and appropriate clinical care.
At Los Gatos Doc, our goal is to focus on your care. Our billing team helps make it easy for you by giving you the ability to store your credit card information securely for prompt payments.
