UPDATES FROM OUR OFFICE
Is Los Gatos Doc open?
In accordance with the Santa Clara County order to shelter in place, the Los Gatos Doc physical office is temporarily closed due to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic. We hope to reopen April 7, 2020.
We are answering your calls at 408.502.6040 and available for online visits at www.losgatosdoc.com from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Why is our physical office closed?
Effective 3/17, all Los Gatos Doc patients will be primarily seen via online visits to reduce risk of Coronavirus / COVID-19 transmission. The virus can spread even if an infected person is not sick so avoiding sick people in the office is not enough to prevent spreading. The best way to continue to take care of patients and not spread infections is through online visits.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS?
What do I do if I’m worried about having symptoms similar to COVID-19 OR if I’ve been in contact with someone who has tested positive with COVID-19?
- Los Gatos Doc: We are not doing testing in our office. The test kits and necessary protective equipment is not available to us given the national supply shortage and there are specific guidelines for testing.
- Self Evaluation for Coronavirus / COVID-19: The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) created a helpful guide for those concerned about experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Here’s the CDC’s Self Checker. Please also review our COVID-19 Action Plan and click on it for a more detailed view.

- COVID-19 Testing: Please review the following testing options and feel free to reach out with questions.
